Mater and Lightning McQueen find just enough gas to pull the mail box on a sled all the way north to Santa Car's snow covered garage. When the duo arrives, Santa Car has some bad news for them. 'The reindeer snowmobiles that fly me around the world have been stolen,' he says. Now, Mater realizes what is happening. Chick Hicks and his posse is behind the fuel thefts and the reindeer snowmobiles' disappearance. It's all part of a plot to create a special flying gas that will enable Chick to outrace Lightning McQueen. Mater and the rest of the Radiator Springs gang will have to act fast if they are to upset Chick's evil plans and salvage Christmas.
