Their physical appearance defies description and resembles a small pig crossed with an elephant. In this picture book you'll accompany the Moogee clan as they try to find a new home. Their present one is an odd looking affair built on stilts and it has too many stairs. Their real estate agent, Mr. Ruru, shows the family a number of strange homes. One looks like a castle and features a very large yukie-yukie tree in the front yard. Another house is quite nice except for the odd looking, large statues lining the driveway. Then there's the home that resembles a wedge of Swiss cheese; this domicile would be quite a steal, but father Moogee isn't interested in making a deal. Finally Mr. Ruru has only one house left to show the hard-to-please Moogees. Of course, this one is perfect and even the children voice their approval with a loud chorus of 'Waa waa moogee doogee wee wee low lum!' Children love nonsense books and this one features quirky illustrations, a silly rhymed text and enough nonsense words to keep any three to four year old happy ... waa, waa, moogee doogee!
