ordplay is part of the fun in the popular Stink Moody series for readers five years of age and older. In this latest adventure he brings home a less than sterling report card and he needs to do something about his unsatisfactory gym grade.
hen the resourceful youngster sees thumb wrestling on the sports channel, he thinks he's found a way to undo that poor grade. Mom and Dad aren't convinced that this will solve the problem, but perhaps karate lessons will.
ith the help of Sensei Dan, aka the Dragon Master, Stink will be able to put his thumb wrestling expertise together with a more traditional sport and come out a winner all around.
ome excellent illustrations and a manageable text make this book a winner for beginning readers as well. They'll love the humorous story and should be able to handle the narrative with little or no help. So, thumbs up for this latest
