A seal named Ark brings news of a giant whirlpool in the Triton Trench far below Atlantis. In order to be prepared to protect his underwater city, Aquaman rushes to investigate. He jumps on Storm, his super hero sea horse, and they race to the scene of crisis. Topo the octopus and Ark follow. At Triton Trench, things are worse than Aquaman could've known. Black Manta's mischief has caused the whirlpool brought on by a worried Mother Whale. These are great books for children in grades first through third. A Word Power section is a guide to pronunciation and meaning of words that might be challenging to new readers.
