The little boy who is featured here keeps busy playing in the outdoor garden/play area of the hospital where his little sister is staying. Noah wishes that Jessica could enjoy the special equipment set up in the playground but, of course, she is unable to do so. 'Please, can Jessica play in my garden?' Noah asks his father. 'Maybe someday soon,' replies his dad. 'Maybe next week,' says his mom. 'She's with her doctor now.' The days pass and although he has fun in his special garden and plays with other children, the little boy becomes even more frustrated. He sees doctors nearby but they never bring his sister out to him. 'Will Jessica ever see my garden?' Noah asks. 'Perhaps she will,' says his mom, 'if you wish for her.' With his grandfather's help, the child then throws a coin in the garden's fountain and makes a very special wish. Is that wish granted? You'll discover the answer when you read this wonderful story. In any household where a child must deal with a loved one who is in the hospital, this picture book hopefully will make the situation a little easier to handle.
