Linda Newbery, author of Posy, obviously knows her cats! Linda shares the delight of following one little frolicsome kitten named Posy around in a day full of adventure.

What is Posy like? What does she do all day? Read this book and you'll find out! Posy is a crayon-swiper, a knitting-tangler, a sofa-scratcher, and a board-game wrecker. Sound familiar? Cats can get into so much trouble! But little Posy is also a charming purrer and a cuddle-earner, my favorite side of the feisty feline.

The illustrations by Catherine Rayner in Posy are charming! This sweet tabby kitten is caught perfectly in watercolor and ink as she searches for ways to make mischief. I love the many stripes and colors that make up Posy's furry little self - I would take that kitten in a heartbeat!

It's a wonderful storybook for children from baby and toddler to pre-school age - I believe anyone who shares a love for cats will appreciate Posy.
