hristmas is just around the corner and Puddle is far from home, caught in a snowstorm. Toot is doing his best to wait on Christmas decorating for Puddle to return home, but when Puddle still isn't home by Christmas Eve, Toot is getting rather worried. Will Puddle make it home in time for Christmas?

his is my new favorite children's Christmas-themed book. I love the glittery, richly ornamented tree that adorns the warm cover and the whimsical watercolor paintings throughout are so darling! If I could have them framed on my nursery wall I would, but the next best thing is being able to enjoy them every time I read this sweet book to my daughter.
T
oot and Puddle's tale reminds us of the importance of family being together on the holidays, with timeless artwork and an engaging story. I really liked that the illustrations tell the story at times, such as when Toot is preparing for Christmas. You can see him chopping wood, making colorful paper chains, and pulling out a tangle of bright Christmas lights. Fuel for children's imaginations!

oot and Puddle: I'll Be Home For Christmas
is a Christmas story you and your children will delight in pulling out to read together every holiday season. And, to make the holiday even more fun and the story more interactive, included on the back flap are two sturdy, star-shaped ornaments featuring adorable illustrations of Toot and Puddle. I highly recommend this charming holiday read!
