He likes his life the way it is, without ties or obligations. When Nigel meets Felicity he is taken by her boldness. He still doesn't want to marry and she isn't the type of woman he usually pursues, but she turns up everywhere he happens to be. He finds himself looking forward to seeing her and tries to pull the reins back on his feelings. But when Felicity pushes forward with her plans, he must get married to avoid involving her in a scandal. What a Lady Wants is an enchanting story with characters who are charming. Not only is Felicity bold but she can shock even the scandalous Nigel. He finds himself falling in love with Felicity when he least expects it - but by then he's said some terrible things to her. Victoria Alexander delivers a fantastic story you won't want to put down.
