Cecelia hasn't seem Amy in ten years and never told her fiancé about the life she led before with her gypsy family. He is shocked by Amy's lifestyle but wants to know more about Cecelia's and even his own One True Love. They had always agreed that Cecelia did not want to know the name of her One True Love but when the bombshell is dropped, along with Amy's assertion that the unknown man is dying, they embark on a mission to find the man named Finn Concord. Cecelia and widower Finn eventually meet at a ball game. They feel an instant attraction to one another but try to ward it off. And they can't seem to get along despite that attraction. Finn's precocious small daughter Maya wants a new mom but Cecelia seems a little too stuffy to her. Nevertheless, Maya tries to help Amy with matchmaking, hoping that Cecelia will be the one. Make Me a Match is a quirky tale that engages the reader immediately. The relationship between Finn and Cecelia happens fast but naturally, making readers want them to fall in love and live happily ever after. Diana Holquist has a knack for pulling together a great story with romance, humor and a touch of the paranormal - a story that keeps readers turning the pages as fast as possible.
