She thought she was over him but that sexy grin still makes her melt. He was surprised that she did not become the lawyer she was destined to be, but a garden designer. Still, she decides to help Nick. If she can keep her feelings under control, maybe they can become friends again. Trying to find Lucia's killer is harder than Phil anticipated, as there is no body or blood to be seen when she visits the house. Could Nick be playing her for a fool? But when things take a dangerous turn, Nick regrets involving Phil, especially as his feelings for her are getting too strong. Phil is a true to life character you will fall in love with immediately, and Nick is a hot hero with a sensitive side.
