ary Kennedy keeps the pages packed with twists and turns as
Tales of a Hollywood Gossip Queen
unfolds. It's a dream summer, despite a wicked backstabbing summer intern and the shark-like atmosphere of tabloid journalism that exacerbates Jesse's insecurities over her relationship with Shane. Can she trust him after the tabloids report him kissing someone else when he's told her it was a business meeting? In the end, after some dress destroying, wily interviewing, and serious decision making, Jesse finds herself sticking up for herself and discovering what is truly important.

hile some of the characters in
Tales of a Hollywood Gossip Queen
ride off into the sunset together, it's not the mix of characters that one would expect - to Mary Kennedy's credit. She offers up a fun page-turner filled with humor, fashion faux pas, and honesty in a realm where everything sometimes seems fake.
