The photos have an old fashioned air to them that goes well with the well chosen quotes and quips that accompany them. They start with a dog driving a large toy car, a tabby alongside. With it is Andrea Newman's 'I love the male body, it is better designed than the male mind.' Then there's the ditzy looking cat beside Gertrude Atherton's comment that 'Her conversation was like a very light champagne, sparkling but not mounting to the brain.' There's a lazy cat (you don't understand lazy till you've seen the feline version), a beauteous cat in a cap, a kitten sleeping in a slipper, a dunce cat, cross-looking cats, an un-busy cat in a bookshelf, a kitten in a saucepan, a songcat, a beach cat, an arrogant cat, a snorer, a bridal cat, a goldfish hunter, and many more. Give Cat Quips to your Valentine, for a birthday, or just for fun at any time - both cat lovers and quip lovers will appreciate it.
