by close family members, are all newlyweds who are having trouble adjusting. They rush to Cisco's house and are alarmed to see that it's gone. They forget their own problems for the moment to help Cisco, Ezra and their father. Hannah and Sara both married doctors. Though they knew about the long hours, they didn't expect to barely see their husbands. Zach Kelly is Hannah's husband and Joel Wineberg married Sara. They are keeping a secret that may rip apart the marriages. And Sam's wife Sonia has up and left him saying she can't get used to small town life. Devastated, he throws himself into helping his family, to lessen his own pain. Cisco knows that something is up with
The Trips
but can't put a finger on it. And they don't have the heart to tell her their problems, with everything else that is going on. In all the turmoil, Ezra has asked Cisco to marry him and the answer was yes.

is a well-written novel that moves you from happiness to tears with the turn of a page.
The Trips
' closeness seems to be a big problem as well as a comfort to them. Fern Michaels creates characters who have the spunk and determination to land on their feet no matter what situation arises. Her stories are always a joy to read and leave you a great sense of comfort when you close the book on the last page.
