R
achel Chavez's life couldn't get any more depressing. Her mother died, her father literally lost the family farm at the gaming tables, she is a recovering drug addict and alcoholic, and she owns and runs a parking garage! Not much chance of excitement in her life. Right?
W
rong! She suspects that a car parked in her garage was involved in a hit and run accident. Or was it an accident? Events go from bad to worse when several other bodies turn up, and the police suspect Rachel might have had a hand in some of the goings-on.
T
he plot is convoluted, but plays out perfectly with all the seemingly extraneous threads tying up nicely in the end.
