Better Than Sex is one of those little books that make delightful gifts at any time - especially if accompanied by a large box of chocolates. Theresa Cheung offers fellow seekers of the spiritual side of the 'deliriously delicious' decadent treat seven uplifting principles of choco-wisdom.

Cheung begins with 'Discover the Sweet Center', advising us to discover our type (not sure whether I'm an Orange or maybe a Pecan), and use that knowledge to make positive life changes. She goes on to 'Let It Melt in Your Mouth', advising us to live proactively 'with courage and passion', to seize the day, and eat chocolate. In 'Chocolate Makes You Feel Good', Cheung tells us to replace should with could, and lift our spirits with chocolate. She moves on to the serious life advice, 'No Need to Eat the Whole Box' (i.e. stick to one ounce a day and high qaulity) and 'A Little Good Chocolate Goes a Long Way'; you deserve the best! 'Pass the Chocolates' is all about sharing the good life, love, and the 'Prozac of Candy'. Last is 'Chocolate Heaven', all about health, balance, healing, and meditation.

Cheung ends her succinct dissertation on life, the universe and chocolate with selected recipes, including Chocolate Fudge Puddle Pudding and Mexican Hot Chocolate. Looking for something Better Than Sex? Read on ...
