Fried Ricotta
to
Simple Cabbage Soup
courtesy of Martin Yan, or
Madeline's Fried Chicken
from who else but Jim Purdue. There's
Meat - Porterhouse Steak
and
Potatoes Alla Mama
from Rocco SiSpirito and
Roast Beef, Best Spuds and Huge Yorkies
from Jamie Oliver. We find
Seafood and Chinese Fire Pot
from Ming Tsai and Delores Fenton's
Salmon Cakes
. This unique cookbook races on with recipes from Anthony Bourdain, Marcus Samuelson and Tom Colicchio, as well as Nigella Lawson, Mollie Katzan, Barbara Kafka - oh, too many to mention here.
