his is the teenage edition of a popular series of books used for journaling, self exploration and party games (other editions include those for adults, couples, and even pets). The author suggests reading the book, or recording thoughts in it, going through it in sequence or opening it randomly, using it as a private journal or sharing it with friends - but above all being spontaneous in answering the questions.

ll About Me : The Teenage Edition
is a clever idea, a fun, fill-in-the-blanks diary of likes, dislikes and life experiences, that's sure to provoke thought and (in a group) get a lively discussion going. I wonder if more young women might be open to this sort of self-examination than young men, but recommend it to both sexes as an entertaining activity book that can lead to a better understanding of self and friends.
