Unfortunately, Freddie exacerbates the tensions after hearing frantic shrieks in the woods and calling the cops - who arrest many partying Fortin students! Her popularity zooms at Berm High.

hen Freddie meets Fortin's handsome Theo Porter (leader of the rival prank team), she takes an instant dislike to him. Pranks escalate. Freddie and her best friend Divya find a body in the woods. The sheriff says suicide but Freddie isn't convinced and investigates. Researching, she digs out a very disturbing poem,
