, is located. As Christmas is just around the corner, Ashland is decorated to the hilt and Torte is baking at full speed, trying to meet the pastry demands of the whole area. It's breathtaking to read of the decorations in and about the town.

he residents and merchants of Ashland are more than shocked when a murder occurs in the midst of all the

sweeping through the area. The murdered man had not been very popular. In fact, he would have put Shylock to shame. So, the festivities continue to the delight of readers.
