ark is still mourning the recent loss of her boyfriend and she is forced into a spate of media bashing as well as accusations of murder. The President is trying to stop a nuclear war from beginning as he tries to find the time to mourn his beloved Rose. The media prints accusations that the President killed his wife with Lark's encouragement, leaving the field open for the two to continue an illicit love affair.

but the ravenous public wants to believe every newscast. Author John DeDakis is well acquainted with the political side of D.C.. His previous novel,
Bullet In the Chamber
, won several prestigious awards and he was a White House Correspondent for many years.

eDakis is also a writing coach and manuscript editor, and if he finds time, he is a jazz drummer!
Fake
is well worth a read. At times I felt as though I might be reading a work of non-fiction.
