ark to Murder: Death in Budapest
, Moris Senegor, is a very busy man. He has written a number of non-fiction works as well as being a neurosurgeon, a wine enthusiast, a classical music educator, and now a mystery writer. Makes one wonder what he does with his spare time.
I
f you really like thrillers, this is the one for you. It embraces the concept of the word
thriller
. Suspense, bad guys, good guys, imaginative methods of murder, intrigue, black market in human kidneys and anything else that can keep the reader from putting this book down unfinished. Oh, I almost forgot, several love scenes.
M
ark Kent flies from San Francisco to Budapest at the request of an old school buddy. He arrives at the rendezvous site to find his friend dead in the hotel room's bathtub. Now the tempo of the story changes and Mark finds himself embroiled in something he never bargained for. Of course the Budapest police become involved. But whom to trust? They are well known for their corruption.
M
ark is at a loss to explain what happened to one of his best friends. And why? He determines to find answers to his questions. He manages to elude death not once but several times.
I
'm not going to tell you any more of the plot. Obtain a copy and find out for yourself. This is a new whirlwind in the mystery field. Thankfully, the author plans two more novels in the Mark Kent series.
