is the eleventh mystery in Mary Anna Evans' Faye Longchamp series. I don't know how the author comes up with so many different plots. They are all good ones.

Undercurrents
. Faye Longchamp, an archaeologist, travels to Memphis to do an assessment of a site. The state of Tennessee wants to be sure there are no impediments to the state using the land in question as a state park. She and her husband, Joe, have a small archaeological consulting firm.
W
orking alone away from their home base, Faye discovers a woman trying to climb out of a grave that was dug for her! The woman does not survive. Faye locates the woman's eight year-old daughter and tries to help her, but runs into difficulty gaining the trust of the child, as well as the trust of the murdered woman's community.
F
aye is sure the woman was put in the grave by a serial killer. The local police don't agree with her. Slowly she discovers bits and pieces of stories of women who had been beaten to death and then placed in previously dug graves.
F
aye fears that the child is being stalked – and maybe she is as well. Can they avoid the same fate as the little girl's mother suffered?
