She always gives fans great entertainment and has done it again in Meg's twentieth adventure, Die Like an Eagle. This time, Meg is baseball mom extraordinaire as she copes with corrupt league head Biff Brown - and a corpse in a porta-potty! Though the body looks a lot like Biff, it turns out to be that of his lookalike half-brother (whose ex is named Caligual!) But who was really the intended victim? Of course, we know Meg will figure it out, in between managing Biff's tantrums, pinning him down on his company's town square renovation (which hasn't started), keeping the ball game's Snack Shack in business, and cleaning up the porta-potty problem. To keep track of Biff's whereabouts, Meg and company tag him with a miniature GPS device (designed to track birds and small mammals), something not entirely legal that just might come back to haunt them. Unfortunately it gives Biff an alibi for the time of the murder. And he's definitely not entirely innocent as the denouement reveals. But the ball game does go on, Meg adds a new role to her long list of responsibilities, and her recently discovered grandmother (who used to play professional baseball) gets quite a surprise. If you haven't found this series yet, and enjoy cozies, you have a treat (or twenty) in store.
