, has just been launched as a TV series,
Hunters
. It stars police officer Flynn Carroll, who is devastated by the mysterious disappearance of his beloved wife. He learns that many, many others have gone missing and in all cases, it has been staged to appear voluntary.

he action ramps up fast after Flynn is contacted by Special Agent Diana Glass and invited to join a super secret organization investigating thousands of unsolved disappearances - it turns out that every member of her team has lost someone. After he signs on, they fly to Montana, where they expect someone else to be taken. They encounter uber powerful assassins and a Siberian tiger whose reactions mimic humanity - and only Flynn and Diana come out alive.

here are the expected captures and escapes, with close shaves on almost every page. And though they take down one alien criminal enterprise, there are plenty more out there.
