ammer Davis investigates airplane accidents. Never did he think that he would have to investigate the crash of a plane in which his daughter Jen was a passenger. Jen had been on her way to a semester working in a Central American country. She had been assigned to seat number nineteen. Her body, however, has not been found.
ammer never gives up once he starts work on a downed plane. He certainly can't just walk away from this wreck – not with his daughter unidentified. Or possibly wandering in the rain forest the plane crashed into. He notices that the seat belt on seat 19 hadn't been fastened. Thus starts his determined search to find his beloved daughter.
hings don't add up. A young woman had been sitting next to Jen. She also has not been found. Jammer begins to believe that there is more to this accident than meets the eye. The search is heartbreaking – a father looking for his daughter, who may or may not be dead. The uncertainty is almost more than he can bear.
his is the point where the thriller takes off. It's a bumpy ride but it's worth hanging onto your hat and going along with Jammer for an exciting read.
