n this latest action adventure Brown pushes the envelope as he creates a scenario where a former U.S. President, Kevin Martindale, joins forces with a Polish president to upset a Russian plan to destabilize Ukraine and Moldova.

o counter Russian president Gennadiy Gryzlov's blatant intervention in Eastern Europe by sending in troops disguised as pro-Russian activists into the area, Martindale proposes that a covert operation manned by cybernetic infantry devices (manned robots) conduct a series of hit-and-run raids until the Russians withdraw.

Operation Iron Wolf
is launched, destroying a Russian base in Western Ukraine, all hell breaks loose. Not sure who is responsible for the attack, the Russians are furious and the sitting U.S. president, who has no notion that Martindale is responsible, offers to help the Russians investigate the situation.
