H
ealing Sands Sanitarium (the proper spelling at this particular point in time) on the northwestern coast of Washington overlooks the Pacific Ocean. rofessor Benjamin Bradshaw has been summoned to investigate a man's death while he was having a treatment in the electrotherapeutic machine which, ironically, is one of Bradshaw's devising.
