at is enjoying a repast after finishing a rewarding photo session (the photos aren't the kind one would frame and hang on the wall with family groupings) when a figure dressed as Santa Claus rushes through the bar (I didn't say that Cat was in a tea room!) She recognizes him as a fellow student from her high school years. From there, Cat's down time dissolves. She ends up taking the man home with her. Later she learns that he has been killed.

ome Like It Hot
, third in the Cat DeLuca series, is a fun book with lots of one-liners. The series is written by three sisters who love mysteries and decided to write them as well as read them. I did get confused at times by all the characters involved. But what characters they are, Cat included!
