George Trowbridge is handsome and irresistible as well as a Hollywood bad boy. He is also bankable at the box office. So his studio has a policy of eight figures with a large insurance company to keep the man out of trouble. Because of his late-night contretemps in his new Ferrari, Jay Davidovich of the insurance company's Loss Prevention Division is hired to keep Trowbridge on the straight and narrow.

To prevent down time in the filming of a movie, Davidovich hires a jail coach to help Trowbridge survive prison. Literally. I must make a note to never be arrested. The survival skills necessary to complete your jail term alive sound very ominous. The coach, Katrina Thompson, arrives on a collapsible motorbike with a small urchin, her daughter, who seems old for her years.

The account of Trowbridge's lifestyle is a book in itself. Add Katrina, her urchin and motorbike to Jay and his military background and you have a book to curl up with. Oh, wait! Almost forgot Stan Chaladian, a hustler - a ruthless hustler - from Katrina's past. Katrina is an ex-marine with a dubious background. Jail Coach is a fun book with outlandish characters. Enjoy it! I did.
