ne night, Bridget Rodgers ends up in a club called Leather and Lace, a place she really did not want to be. But she ends up meeting a professional baseball player, the delectable playboy Chad Gamble. She knows he is a bad boy but goes home with him nonetheless. Before they finish the deed, Bridget collects her things and high tails it out of there, leaving him flat.

his woman has Chad tied up in knots - she is curvaceous, with tumbling long red hair and a mouth made for sassy comebacks. He does not understand why she left. When they meet again and the paparazzi snap a very sexy photograph, Chad's manager gives him the choice of cleaning up his act or saying goodbye to a very lucrative contract. His publicist tell him to make Bridget his girlfriend, not just the flavour of the month.

ridget is upset and not sure what she is going to do, after being blackmailed into posing as Chad's girlfriend for a month or so. Every time they are together the physical attraction is intense. She must use all her willpower to avoid falling into bed with him - she might not only lose her heart but have it broken too.

oes anyone have a cloth to mop the sweat from my brow after reading this very steamy novel? Not only will you love the passion these two characters generate, but their healthy banter keeps on going. You will sigh, you will go

, you will blush when you settle down to read this piece. I never liked baseball before and now I am wishing for my very own Chad Gamble.
