age Presley is piping mad, as she drives home, intending to stop her grandmother from selling their ranch to a complete stranger. Especially when the holidays are just around the corner - a special time for them in a special place. Sage knows in her heart this isn't right and needs to stop it at any cost. As she drives she notices a snowstorm moving in, making her mood even colder. But when she finally meets the mysterious new owner, she can't help but thaw out.

reed Riley cannot believe his luck. His dream of owning a ranch has almost come to fruition - the Rockin C will be his new home. The price made it an absolute steal, even with the slight catch of allowing the granddaughter to stay there whenever she wants. But when he sees her, he thinks this is one clause he could live with. What Creed doesn't realize yet is that he is about to snowed in with Sage over the holidays.

always love a romance when the couple spar right off the bat - it raises the humor, the dialogue, and the heat just a few extra notches. Of course it helps when you add a hot tantalizing cowboy with the sweetness of a ripe peach. This is one of those books where there's no need to stoke a fire to keep warm. YeeHaw!
