Mullins and Luguire become good friends, and when Mullins is told of the man's suicide, he can't accept it. A former Secret Service colleague, Amanda Church (a member of the Federal Reserve's cyber security unit) has uncovered a transaction by Luguire made only days before he died that looks suspicious to her. Church and Mullins team up, only to discover that the transaction was made in Mullins' name! Something ain't right here. A bulldog of a reporter helps them to reach an exciting conclusion.
