inerva Dobbs' boyfriend David dumps her because she won't sleep with him. She's more angry than hurt. Although she won't miss him, her mother will. He was supposed to be her date to her sister's wedding in three weeks.

in appears to be a slightly overweight, uptight insurance actuary whose conversation is studded with statistics. Only her wild taste in shoes hints that under her sedate business clothes, Min is actually a voluptuous, witty woman.

al Morrisey is a good looking, charming, hit and run dater who likes to gamble. No way would they have anything in common. Especially since Min overheard her ex-boyfriend bet that Cal won't be able to pick her up, date her and get her into bed within a month.

he thinks she'll play along, have some fun, and even the score with both men. This fast moving story is romantic comedy at its best.
