begins with Celia working to save her friend Kevin from a facility known as the
Zoo
, despite being still mad at him for using her as a pawn to save his sister. Strange things are happening at the
Zoo
, which is plagued by demonic occurences. The police, mages and priests have been called in to help manage the situation. A rift is opening up and the demons are massing. Celia needs to find a rare siren artifact, the only thing that can help close the rift. If it doesn't work the world will end in a horrific way.

ats off to Cat Adams. I am thoroughly enjoying this series. Celia is a great action heroine, full of piss and vinegar, hard headed and stubborn. (Mind you her run of bad luck and mishaps has you wondering.) This is a great read if you like supernatural, one that opens the imagination full tilt.
