fter tips on getting started along with tips for healthy eating, special needs diets and ingredients, we arrive at the recipes in this new cookbook. I would like to start at the beginning and cook each and every one. Gorgeous photos, by the way. This is a great book for your teen or 20 somethings. I have some of each. And might just have to order more books.

he
Cranberry Chicken Dippers
are just the thing to start off a meal. But so are
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings
. I love
Stuffed Mushrooms
. These sound divine with cream cheese. And the
Veggie Corn Fritters
. Wow! I'll gain weight just looking at the photos of the plated dishes.

efore I forget, each dish is classified as either being
Meat
,
Dairy
, or
Parve
. Soups and Salads are well represented.
Orange Butternut Soup
,
Pizza Soup
,
Modern Israeli Salad
,
Lox and Avocado Salad
, and
Salmon Caesar Salad
are just some of these offered. Called a culinary masterpiece, the
Mushroom-Crusted Roast Beef
is just simply gorgeous. As is Ellie's
Onion-Crusted Chicken
.

ut, shoot, I could go on and on tempting you with tantalizing recipes. Find out for yourself just what is offered and then get to work. Innovative vegetable dishes along with novel ideas for pizzas await your perusal. The desserts are to die for. I'm giving my copy to my almost fourteen year-old granddaughter who is turning out to be a great cook (with two parents who are chefs, it's no wonder). Her away-at-college brother isn't so bad either. He'll love this book.
W
hen this new addition to an already popular series is in your hands, turn to the last recipe, just before the great ideas for party giving, bake some
Molten Deep-Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies
, and nibble while you leaf through the pages to decide the next recipe you'll tackle.
