ric Thompson is an Alpha wolf who has chosen to live a solitary existence to save those around him from his unique gift, one he's never been able to control. s if Marduc's deadly power play isn't trouble enough for the Sazi, Holly also discovers that there are militants within their world who would see their entire civilization turned back to humans. Now it's up to Holly and Eric to find a solution to both threats before their entire race is decimated.

any fans will be disappointed to learn that
Serpent Moon
is the eighth and final instalment of Adams' and Clamp's long-running
Sazi
series. The story is again a bit character heavy as both previous and new cast members join the fray, detrimental to Holly and Eric's relationship and character growth. However, the authors do keep the action and excitement going full tilt as the Sazi overcome various plot twists, thwart their enemies, and ultimately save the day.
