hen Julie meets Lucky Griffin Luckadeau (the owner of the ranch next door) she is in shock. He is a piece of her past she doesn't want to acknowledge - but after their first meeting Lucky denies ever seeing Julie before. ulie and Lucky are brought together because of the girls. Both are stubborn, and headstrong, and deny their mutual attraction. As Julie finds out family truths, Lucky seems to pull away and become distant. Sparks fly and power struggles are a part of their everyday life. But when tragedy strikes Julie and Lizzie, Lucky steps in to reveal what his heart has known since they first met. Lucky is drawn to Julie's strength and Julie is witness to the tender side of Lucky when he is with his daughter. They each have one goal in mind and that is one family brought together by fate.
