He had had a relationship with his high school girlfriend Faith Beckwith, which had cooled off a bit until the house that Faith rents was broken into. Though they have had their misunderstandings, Troy doesn't want Faith to get hurt and she feels safe with him. Faith has been talking to Troy's daughter Megan and their relationship seems to have taken off. Troy has been busy investigating unidentified remains that were found by teenagers in a cave outside of town. He also finds himself in a touchy situation with a respected member of the town. Troy's friend Judge Olivia Griffin is still fighting her cancer, but with a strong support system of friends and family. Grace and Charlotte have been available to Olivia from the beginning to help her out. Bruce and Rachel are newly married and dealing with Bruce's daughter's jealousy over the relationship. Teri is pregnant with twins and her sister Christie is angry with James Wilbur (with whom she had a relationship) but she is starting to come around. Mary Jo and Mack at 1022 Evergreen seem to have a romance building for the next installment of the series. 92 Pacific Boulevard is a typical Cedar Cove story; I was pulled into it on the first page. The various storylines continue from previous books and set up the next one - there is always something new and exciting happening in Cedar Cove. Opening up a new episode is like visiting friends and readers are left with a warm happy feeling long after closing the book. I can't wait for Mary Jo and Mack's story (which looks like it will include old World War II letters).
