Seeing a young girl in the River Tweed, she jumps in to save her and then finds herself needing help. Her rescuer is Simon Murray, the Laird of Elishaw, one of the men she left at the altar. Sibylla knows that he is still angry with her, so is wary of recovering in his home.

imon can't believe that the woman he rescued is Sibylla. He has never forgiven her and has vowed to make her pay for embarrassing him. But he can't seem to get over her beauty and charm. order Moonlight
is the third book in the
Border
series, following
Border Lass
and
Border Wedding
. Amanda Scott has a knack of telling a story in a way that makes readers feel as though they are in the castles watching events unfold. Sibylla and Simon are both lovable, and well suited for each other. The Scottish dialect and historical context suit the story well and are not overwhelming.
Border Moonlight
makes a great weekend read.
