his latest large wall calendar from Lonely Planet will make your feet itch as you check that your passport is up to date and start making travel plans for 2009.

he format is different from the calendar norm, featuring multiple vivid photos surrounding the boxes for the days of the month, rather than one large one. Each month highlights a particular country, suggested for a year long world tour - whether in real life or from an armchair. There's a small map to remind us of the country's location, along with a summary of what's special about it. For example, Greece's entry opens, '
