by first-time mystery author J. Bruce Monson reads '
A down-on-his-luck private eye awakes with a beautiful naked blonde in bed with him. Who is she? Why is he sharing a bed with her? Why can't he remember where he is ... or worst of all. WHO he is?

White Metal Murders
has a convoluted plot with enough action to keep the reader awake all through the night. Murder, of course, raises its ugly head - not once but twice. A big-time drug lord skirts the fringes. A young lady in red keeps the story - and the PI - interested as well as interesting.
A
n extremely clever sub-plot and red herrings emerge as the pages fly by. This is a very worthy effort for anyone - but especially for someone whose imagination just won't quit even though his body has. Monson has been confined to a respiratory hospital for twelve years with complications from muscular dystrophy. He has written three Action/Adventure novels.
