Sabrina Fairlegh was adopted and raised by the vicar of Tinbury after her mother abandoned her at the vicarage years before. One day, she heads out to a country soirée, only to discover that her host, the Earl of Rawden, is a lady's man, who is also entirely frustrating.

The Earl, Rhys Gillray is known as the Libertine. He writes scandalous poetry and loves seducing the ladies. When he meets Sabrina, he is quite taken and can't get her out of his head. He also knows that he holds a secret to her history, and has to rectify his own past actions to keep her in his life.

When Sabrina and Rhys are caught in a compromising situation, they are forced to marry. But Sabrina is saddened when he disappears for days, while Rhys has trouble dealing with the fact that he is falling in love with her and that his lifestyle as a debaucher seems to be over.

Rhys and Sabrina's story is the perfect Regency romance to read on a lazy day. Both leads are feisty and stubborn but each also has a soft spot the other can play on. Sabrina's love of helping people frustrates Rhys, but also arouses his admiration. Get hold of a copy of The Secret to Seduction for a great afternoon of reading.
