Nina Robertson has been in hibernation since her boyfriend called off their engagement. But when Nina's catty cousin Celie gets engaged, and steals Nina's wedding dress, Nina realizes she needs to get her life together. She sets out on a mission - to advance her career as a publicist, to have a social life, and to snag the perfect man along the way. But things don't go quite as she expects. Of course if they had, then Nina's story wouldn't be nearly as much fun.

Kimberly Llewellyn's Tulle Little, Tulle Late title says it all. As she chronicles Nina's foibles, the turns of events are hilarious. Just as Nina is over her ex-fiancé, he shows up again with a story about being chased by terrorist guerrillas. Nina agrees to take him in, but things are heating up in Nina's other relationship with the handsome motorcycle rogue Dante. Matters are also building up at work as Nina is forced to go head to head with an underhanded co-worker for a promotion and to deal with a difficult movie star. To top everything off, Nina thinks she might be pregnant. What's a girl to do?

Kimberly Llewellyn creates a fun tale in Tulle Little, Tulle Late. Nina is a dynamic character with a quick sense of humor. She eventually realizes that instead of ransacking your life for a whole new look, sometimes a simple alteration is all it takes to change your perspective. But her journeys along the way are not to be missed - at least not for those who love a good laugh and a good romance.
