But reality often falls short of the ideal. Although much of her life as a stay-at-home mom is mundane - chauffeuring kids around, doing laundry, cooking meals - Becky's biggest accomplishment is that she has designed and executed a wonderful women's ministry program at her church. Now they want to hire a paid women's ministry director, and Becky thinks she's perfect for the job.

he Secret Life of Becky Miller
is a superlative novel, a
must-read
for every Christian mother. Sharon Hinck vividly captures the dreams and desires of women - as Becky says, '

I
found myself identifying with Becky all the way through the novel, and related so well to her struggles as a wife, mother and friend. The storyline is filled with interesting characters and situations. This story is superb, and Sharon Hinck continues it with
