I
don't know that my palate is adventurous or sophisticated, but I do enjoy Thai cooking. This cookbook presents, with marvelous photographs, the foods of Thailand in quick, easy and healthy recipes. Chef Panurai Poladitmontri, the owner and chef of the Lemon Grass Grill in Seattle, was born and raised in Thailand where his family owns several restaurants. Judy Lew is a cooking instructor and cookbook author. These two have enough experience between them to successfully create and produce the mouthwatering dishes presented in
Quick & Easy Thai Cuisine

Pineapple Curry with Shrimp
served with
Jasmine Rice
. Not to be missed.
Thai Noodles
with delectable additions would be a real winner. I love salmon – but
Wrapped in Banana Leaves
! Sounds good to me. And the
Pepper Steak
looks glorious.
