This is a compilation of four scorching hot love stories stories set around New Year's. Each of them has a unique storyline, and they all offer steamy sex scenes.

In Tu-Shonda L. Whitaker's Whatever It Takes, India meets her friend Joan's grown son when she drops off a camera one day. He flirts with her and suddenly he is back at her door with the camera in hand. When they get snowed in together, a full blown affair begins. The age difference between the two is touchy at times, not to mention keeping it from Joan. The secondary characters all have stories of their own that add humor. Whitaker writes a romantic story with scenes that could heat up any room.

Every New Year by Brenda L. Thomas opens as Dr. Cynthia Lampley wakes up in a hospital room without a clue who she is. She is bewildered and cannot imagine what happened to her. Nurse Rita and Dr. Strohmile tell her she was caught in the crossfire of a shooting. In a few days' time she ends up in an affair with her doctor in the hospital. When she remembers who she is, she also recalls that she was supposed to meet her boyfriend in Hawaii for New Year's Eve. Now she has to decide which man is the right one for her. Thomas writes a great story with some sizzling moments.

In Crystal Lacey Winslow's Dangerously in Love, Jovie meets London in a bar. She is quiet and reserved, not his usual sort of girl. He can't stop thinking of her, and convinces her to go to dinner with him. When London goes to pick up Jovie one evening, he meets her twin sister, Jade, who grills him about his intentions. When things start getting serious, London sleeps over at Jovie's house one night, not knowing that Jade has taken her sister's place. Winslow spins a tale of deception and lust, and she knocks your socks off with a shocking ending.

And in Daamah S. Poole's My Boo, Gina lives with her friend Bianca, who gives her the boot. Her long-time boyfriend Chris never seems to have time for her so when Bianca's ex-boyfriend shows up, she feels appreciated. Fed up with being alone, she wants a partner to have regular fun with, not just an occasional weekend of passion. Poole writes hot scenes into a great storyline.
