The illustrations inside show elegant women enjoying various seasonal activities. Each month comes with a quote from various celebrities and Lily herself. I rather like February's 'Love is a game that two can play and both win' from Eva Gabor. Lily also provides seasonal suggestions for get-togethers, including movie ideas and recipes - the latter range from 'Ultimate s'mores' to 'Papaya-banana-orange smoothies'. Lots of special days are highlighted, and events, such as the Golden Globe Awards and the U.S. Open, are flagged. This is one of the most cheerful engagement calendars I've spotted this year - light, bright, frothy and feminine, it makes the perfect gift for a good friend.
