ach Proverb is explained in a clear manner. Anecdotes and quotations from other sources are included in the readings to clarify and emphasize points made. At the end of the reading, a discussion question help us think about the passage in more depth. Chapters are short, only two or three pages each, the perfect length for daily devotion time or small group discussions. I learned many new things from this small book.

f you don't know very much about the Bible or the Book of Proverbs, this is a good introduction to the latter. If you are already familiar with Proverbs,
