Eve and Gabe are two special people who truly love each other and their children. Yet they have hit a difficult time in the past and now as well. Is it their disparate careers? Eve is a dancer and choreographer who always sees life through that lens. Gabe, a reporter, is deeply involved in his work, which often takes him away from home for long periods of time. As Eve tries both to navigate her life and to find the ideal way of presenting her ideas in dance, we wander with her, feeling a bit lost at times. And we see that through self-questions, philosophizing and questioning traditional assumptions of life, love and art, Eve is somehow able to discern a way to get back to the marriage that is so important to both of them. This is a wonderful but sometimes difficult work that shows unusual understanding of a woman's life.
