Night Agent
(don't miss it on Netflix), now brings us another fast paced, twisty thriller close to the White House in
Inside Threat
.
T
he story opens on an assassin, code name Marcus, getting access to the White House, his security clearance the highest possible. This insider has orders from the highest level and is initiating Operation V. What he does next triggers removal of the President and his top aides from the White House to Raven Rock, a massive doomsday bunker deep underground near Camp David.
E
ric Hill has devoted his life to the Secret Service. But, though he's a decorated agent (who saved a president's life), he's also fallen from grace and has been off the presidential detail after an incident with the Secretary of the Treasury. Eric is ready to resign, but there are rumors of an emerging threat, a power grab.
T
he other lead is keen young Amber Cody, a rookie Agent who was only twelve when her father died protecting the presidential limousine. Amber and Eric both go with President Kline, his physician wife Sarah, and the other agents and aides to Raven Rock. It's locked down but it soon becomes obvious that they've locked the threat inside with them.
W
hat follows is the expected explosive action, with betrayals and killings at every turn. Eric can trust no-one, not even the man he's sworn to protect. It's clearly a power grab, but by whom? I look forward to seeing this one on Netflix as well.
